Mr. Fort became a member of our clinical staff in 2010. Born and raised in Florida, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Psi Chi Honor Society for Psychology. This was followed by a Master’s of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University as a Physician Assistant. He is nationally certified in General Medicine. He is a member of the American and Florida Associations of Physician Assistants. Additional health-related work background has included employment as a Behavioral Teaching Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide and Fitness & Nutrition Coach. His area of focus in the clinic is Men’s Health and Acute Care Medicine. He resides with his wife in the Orlando area.
